It was 2years since my knee reconstruction and somehow I found it easier to be a lounge lizard than someone who played sport 3 times a week. Also getting to 2XL shirts and size 42 pants was getting embarassing. I needed to get back some of my fitness before I would consider going back to squash.
Not knowing one PT I decided to google and came across Komodo Fitness. I was after someone who would offer one on one personal training- to keep me motivated, to train hard and someone who encourages you. Kelly at Komodo Fitness covered off all these requirements for me and to be honest I am glad I contacted Kelly.
Its now been 12 months and I have exceeded my expectations on where I wanted to be - not only have I lost nearly 20 kilols - I am back playing squash twice a week and earlier this year I entered the mothers day classic and beat the time I was aiming for. That felt fantastic to cross the finishing line.
Kelly has helped me to understand the importance of fitness and maintaining it - her sessions are varied each week. We may be in the park or down at the beach - she pushes me but I know this is how you achieve goals. I can't recommend Komodo Fitness highly enough - she really does get results'

I am writing to inform those considering training with Komodo Fitness what a fantastic decision you’ve just made!
My partner and I have been training with Kelly, of Komodo Fitness, for quite some time in an attempt to get energized and in shape for our wedding day.
After joining the gym on many occasions, and not seeing the desired results, my partner and I decided it was time to take action and do something about our slowly growing waistlines. After meeting Kelly at a bridal expo it was like a breath of fresh air. Not only would she come to us to train but she worked in with our time schedules, which is no mean feat; my partner and I working all kinds of hours.
No training session is ever the same. Each is diverse and works every muscle in your body and challenging…. WOW!!!! Kelly has a special ability in keeping you motivated and on track. She adjusts our training week by week to suit our physical ability and, I can honestly say, through this method I now can easily do much more than I ever could before. I’m so much happier for it, as is my waist!!
