For most of us weight loss is a challenge. The first step is recognition, followed by the will to want to change. Have a plan, set your goals, get moving and get support and tips on how to break your old habits.
The most effective and successful weightloss plan is the one you stick to. It's not rocket science, so do the exercises that you enjoy.
Gain some muscle because the less muscle you have, the lower your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and the harder it is to burn the calories you ingest. So build some muscle and burn calories while your resting and recovering.
Make the most of the time you have to exercise. Go hard, but for a shorter period of time. Use interval training, resistance training and plenty of aerobic activity, all the above should now become your number one weight loss weapon!
What really changes bodies is grunting and sweating! So the harder your heart is pumping the more energy (and calories) you're burning. But at the end of the day, losing weight always comes down to what you put in your mouth- full stop!
So have some self control and learn to eat in moderation and get moving! The rest will just fall into place!
