A little bit about Komodo Fitness: My name is Kelly Hope, I started Komodo Fitness because of my love of the outdoors and exercise. As a female I understand that gyms at times can be intimidating and can often hinder results. I discovered that girls including myself prefer to workout in a comfortable environment. They want flexibility, freedom and convenience while not costing an arm and a leg. But most of all they want results!

IF YOUR A MUM and you don't have a baby sitter, No worries! We can provide all the equipment to make your own gym in your backyard. We can even arrive at a time that's convenient for you.
